Rosemary Roasted Almonds

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp of finely chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
  • ¾ tsp of kosher salt
  • 1 tsp of chili powder or hot paprika
  • dash of ground pepper
  • 2 cups of unbleached raw almonds
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F or 165°C
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss to coat.
  3. Arrange the nut mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly toasted.
  5. Cool at room temperature.
  6. Store at room temperature in an airtight container.
